Fully automatic built-in drain Why do compressed air systems need automatic drains? All condensate from air drying needs to be handled properly because it is a dirty mixture of water, compressor oil, dirt and rust. Due to the ever-changing atmospheric conditions, production load and compressor conditions, solenoid valves or manual drain valves are not suitable in most cases. Because these methods of use can easily lead to huge energy waste or large filter leaks due to improper adjustment. YUKA filters automatically filter out condensate through a float drain. To extend service life and improve energy saving efficiency, it is recommended to use the HAD series Ling air loss float drain. This is an easy-to-maintain external drain that uses the relationship between buoyancy and pressure to control condensate discharge, which is economical and effective. Working Principle The drainer is equipped with a float drainage system. When the drainage buoyancy is smaller than the weight of the float and the pressure applied by the compressed air, the drain port will be closed and no drainage will be performed; when the buoyancy and pressure tend to be balanced, the drainer starts to drain water in a drip manner. When the buoyancy is greater than the weight of the float and the pressure generated, the drain port will open and drain water. It works cyclically according to the size of the buoyancy. Features Buoyancy and pressure control can minimize the loss of costly compressed air. Easy to repair, all maintenance parts are concentrated in one device.
