关于压缩空气

◆    压缩空气是仅次于电力的第二大动力源，取之大气层空气，再生资源，广泛用于各个工业生产领域及家庭生活中。

◆    未经过干燥、洁净的压缩空气不可直接与生产设备接触使用，可导致设备磨损、生锈、腐蚀和污染终端产品，造成生产成本增加及带来操作人员安全隐患。

关于压缩空气过滤器

◆    凝聚式过滤器

凝聚式过滤器也许是净化设备中最重要的项目，它们不仅设计于过滤油雾和水，而且过滤固体颗粒到可接受的程度，例如0.01微米，在安装系统中，第一支过滤器起预过滤器作用，保护高效过滤免受大面积污染，从而提供高质量的压缩空气。如果空气过滤器在潮湿或吸满水的状态下工作，就会使压缩空气无法从滤芯中通过，气流就会迫使液体从过滤介质的孔隙中穿过，增加过滤器的工作压降和降低其过滤器的性能。

◆    活性炭过滤器

油蒸汽是油以一种气体的形式像压缩空气一样轻易地通过凝聚式过滤器，因此吸附式过滤器需提供大活性碳吸附床，以保住高效的油雾过滤和去除异味。由于湿空气会降低活性炭的吸附作用，所以一般安装在吸附式干燥机的后面。活性炭过滤器不是用于去除液态油或溶胶，维护不善或没有安装前置过滤器将会加快其性能失效。

◆    除尘过滤器

除尘过滤器一般安装于吸附式干燥机后端，过滤器吸附式干燥机带来的粉尘颗粒。

◆    Coalescing Filter

The coalescing filter is perhaps the most important item in the purification equipment. They are not only designed to filter oil mist and water, but also to filter solid particles to an acceptable level, such as 0.01 μM. In the installation system, the first filter acts as a pre filter to protect high-efficiency filtration from large area pollution, thus providing high-quality compressed air. If the air filter works in the wet or full water state, it will make the compressed air unable to pass through the filter element, and the air flow will force the liquid to pass through the pores of the filter medium, increase the working pressure drop of the filter and reduce the performance of the filter.

◆    Activated Carbon Filter

Oil vapor is oil passing through coalescing filter as easily as compressed air in the form of a gas, so adsorption filter needs to provide a large activated carbon adsorption bed to keep efficient oil mist filtration and remove peculiar smell. As the wet air will reduce the adsorption of activated carbon, it is generally installed at the back of the adsorption dryer. Activated carbon filter is not used to remove liquid oil or sol. Poor maintenance or no pre-filter will accelerate its performance failure.

◆    Dust Filter

The dust filter is generally installed at the back end of the adsorption dryer, which brings dust particles.
